Luke Goetz has more than 20 years in operating and advisory roles with regard to improving underperforming businesses and advising debtors and lenders in complex restructuring matters. He works closely with company management to develop and implement business plans that create profitable growth and increase enterprise value.
Mr. Goetz has served in various roles for a myriad of companies ranging from middle-market to large enterprises including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, Trustee, and Advisor. His engagements have encompassed turnarounds, operational and financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cash management, operation and financial assessments, due diligence examinations, litigation support, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and §363 sales.
Mr. Goetz’s wide range of industry experience has included for-profit education, food production & services, refining, staffing, entertainment, consumer products, manufacturing, businesses services, retail, and healthcare. Before joining Force 10, Mr. Goetz was a Managing Director at XRoads Solutions Group as well as Loughlin Management Partners and also served as a Manager in Deloitte’s Restructuring Group.
Mr. Goetz’s clients have included Seagram’s, Hostess Brands, Winn-Dixie, Werner Ladder, Charter Communications, Corinthian Colleges, California Proton Therapy Center, Republic Metals, and many others.
Mr. Goetz earned a BS from Rutgers College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, AICPA, and AIRA.
