Provide an experienced and unbiased view of the key drivers of profitability, from product pricing to customer acquisition costs to overhead to debt burden, and everything in between.
Analyze, deconstruct, and reconstruct business and financial models, proposing alternative approaches to “keep the patient alive” and get things back on track.
Provide hands-on cash management services and develop and train key personnel on improved forecasting tools.
Manage communications with lenders and creditors, restructure credit facilities that may be in default, proactively address pending non-compliance with financial and/or operational covenants, and deal with highly dilutive convertible debt.
Work with all stakeholders to provide incentives to preserve value.
