Irvine, CA – Force 10 Partners is pleased to announce that Pat Ryan, a Managing Director at the firm, has been appointed as the interim CEO of John C. Fremont Healthcare District in Mariposa, California, effective April 25, 2024. Pat Ryan has significantly contributed to Force 10 Partners by developing management strategies that have improved operations in healthcare settings. Her new interim role at John C. Fremont Healthcare District allows her to implement these strategies in another professional capacity.

Ms. Ryan will draw upon her deep experience in healthcare management in applying the efficient operational and financial strategies she developed with Force 10. Her goals will be to protect and enhance patient care quality, support John C. Freemon’ts medical professionals and staff, and stabilize the hospital’s financial performance. Ms. Ryan will continue in her role at Force 10 during this interim placement and will leverage Force 10’s deep bench of professionals to assist her.
John C. Fremont Healthcare District, located in Mariposa, CA, is a critical access hospital with 34 beds, including acute and long-term care. Established in 1947, the Healthcare District offers a 24-hour emergency department, post-acute rehabilitation in its swing beds, and long-term care. It also offers home health, hospice and outpatient services including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and three rural healthcare clinics with primary and specialized care. Planning is underway to develop and open a new hospital to meet the modern seismic regulations by 2030.
